The Wisconsin Child Care Resource and Referral (CCR&R) Network is a membership organization made up of the 17 community-based CCR&R agencies serving the entire state of Wisconsin. The Network links parents with care providers, offers training and technical assistance to its member agencies and collaborates with other agencies related to child care at the state level.
