Child Care Resources helps Montana families locate and pay for child care through referrals to registered and licensed child care facilities and a payment subsidy program.

Its training program helps providers develop and maintain high quality care, and helps providers serve nutritious meals and keep costs down by providing meal reimbursement.

CCR also helps employers become more competitive in todayís labor market by designing and implementing child care assistance plans for their employees to aid in recruitment and retention, and to reduce unscheduled absenteeism.
