ACIC is the state government agency responsible for the computerized record system used by criminal justice agencies in Arkansas. ACIC also collects and publishes statistics on crime, manages the crime victim notification system and coordinates crime prevention activities. Special Services Division includes the Statistical Analysis Center (SAC), the Crime Victims Notification Program, the Office of Crime Prevention, and other special projects. The Office of Crime Prevention is an excellent referral source to other crime prevention organizations in the state.
