New Hampshire Division of Public Health Services (DPHS) is the State's public health agency with responsiblility for protecting and promoting the health of all of New Hampshire's citizens. DPHS is organized into four major operating units: Family and Community Health, Health Protection, Disease Prevention and Control, and Environmental Health and Hazard Assessment. State Public Health Laboratories provide virology, bacteriology, chemistry, blood alcohol/drug and related specimen testing. Chronic Disease-Health Data provide Vital Records and Health Statistics, Combined Health Data Services, Health Promotion (wellness/fitness/disease prevention/tobacco control), and Chronic Disease Control.

New Hampshire Help Line has been providing information and referral, and crisis intervention services to the people of New Hampshire for more than 25 years. This web site was established to link service providers and consumers with comprehensive, accurate, and current information about health and human service resources in New Hampshire. The NH Help Line database contains over 6,000 resource entries allowing the user the ability to use "keywords" to search for information and resources available within the state, or a particular county or town.

The New Hampshire Health Care Association (NHHCA) is a membership organization representing health care providers who believe that all individuals served are entitled to a supportive environment in which professional and compassionate care is delivered.
