HICAP helps seniors and disabled persons on medicare, and their families, with understanding the beneifits under varous Medicare supplement plans, including health maintenance organizations (HMO). they can provide assistance with building supplemental insurance companies. They will aslo help in resolving problems wioth Medicare, insurance companies and HMOs, as well as providing insight into understanding the benefits and restrictions available with various plans, and helping beneficiaries understand changes in Medicare.
